Are your items really handmade?

100%! every piece is handmade by me, not mass-produced.

This means small variations may exist, but that’s exactly what makes each item unique and intentional.

 

Why are handmade items more expensive than store-bought?

Because they’re made differently.

Each piece takes time, care, and attention — not machines or bulk production. You’re paying for something designed to last and feel special, not something made to be replaced in a few weeks.

 

Will the items last with regular use?

Yes! Durability is a priority.

All pieces are made with quality yarn and constructed to hold their shape with everyday use. With proper care, they’re designed to last far longer than typical fast fashion alternatives.


Care & Use

 

How do I care for my crochet items?

We recommend:

    • Gentle hand wash or delicate cycle
    • Cold water
    • Lay flat to dry

This helps maintain shape and softness over time.

 

Are the face scrubbies suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! The face scrubbies are made with 100% cotton and are designed to be soft and gentle.

However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing on a small area first, as everyone’s skin is different.

Will you restock items once they sell out?

Some items will return, but not always in the same colours or quantities.

We release small, limited drops to keep things intentional rather than overproduced.


Can I request custom colours or designs?

At the moment, we’re focusing on curated collections.

However, custom pieces may open in the future — follow along to be the first to know.

Because everything is handmade.

We prioritise quality and sustainability over mass production, which means smaller, more thoughtful releases.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t typically offer returns for change of mind.
